The first interview was a screening with an HR representative. Then, you have interviews with others who were once applying for the same position along with potential supervisors/team leaders. The offer is extended by the CEO based on the recommendations of your previous interviewers.

They ask about your comfort working with customers face-to-face, given the proper training, and emphasize willingness to take on leadership roles.
