Standard questions were asked such as why do you want this job, why at this company, what makes you the right candidate, your past experiences and how they would apply at this position, instances of high-stress situations and how you resolved it, your biggest accomplishments, weaknesses and strenghts, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you know about the energy sector and its main issues, salary expectations, how would you describe yourself (team leader, team player, works best on their own)
