I applied online. I interviewed at Summa Linguae Technologies in Mar 2026
Interview
They didn't ask about my skills or experience, just one scenario-based question. After that, there were no more questions, the process was very short. If you pass the first round, there will be a live coding session later.

Interview
They check for problem solving skills by asking some stupid scenarios and manager has lot of attitude. Interview questions are not relevant to role. They ask questions like they are inventing a new technology.

3 rounds in total. 1st round was an interview with HR and manager. 2nd round was a 1 hour technical interview with manager and 2 other senior engineers. During the 2nd interview, all interviewers had their webcams turned off from the start (by design, the purpose of this was to see how I would react under pressure) but requested that I keep mine on to make sure I wasn't cheating. The first 10 - 20 mins were theoretical questions and the rest was live coding in my IDE of choice.
