I applied through my campus career portal. The entire process took a little less than two months.
I originally did a 15-30 minute phone interview that definitely felt like more of a screening than an interview. The recruiter basically asked why I wanted to work there, and the recruiter confirmed I can work overtime and weekends. I was invited to come into the office (NYC location) for a second round interview at the end of that phone conversation. The phone conversation overall felt pretty impersonal and extremely formal. The second round consisted of interviews with various different people at different levels of the company, which overall turned out to be a much more positive experience than the phone conversation. All of them asked me some questions, but some were much more conversational than others. I sent follow up emails to all four of my interviewers, but only got one response back. I received a standard rejection email about two weeks later.
