Very common paralegal interview questions, essentially what you see online. Paralegal manager and a few current paralegals conduct the first round interview. Mostly alternating, but more questions from the manager.

Interview with four people from the team and HR to discuss the role. Pretty straightfoward, mostly behavioral questions. All interviews were during one day over about an hour or two.

The interview was average. Spoke to a few members of the firm like the hiring manager and a current paralegal. I was supposed to hear back within a week or two but never did.
