The interviewer just asked about experience with school age children. Interviewer asked about how previous job experience relates to the job you applied for. They also asked about the highest level of degree obtained you've obtained.

I was referred by another tutor. Within the next week, the manager contacted me. Over the phone, she asked me very basic questions. Such as, what's your education level?, why do you want to work for us?, etc. She hired me on the spot and invited me to training that weekend. At training, we signed all necessary paperwork and was hired.
