Interview
30 minute zoom interview with basic questions regarding experience, personal and future ambitions. It was a one on one interview before the pandemic so I assume initial interviews are probably just video calls.

1. Tell me about yourself 2. Tell me about your experience working as a receptionist 3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Applied online. They responded to my application almost immediately to schedule a 20 min virtual interview. Asked about 6 -8 questions all centered around past work experience, environments and why that brings you to this company. I enjoyed the interview it was straightforward!

Interview
They will set up a first round Skype interview to get a feel for who you are then asked me for a second round in person interview. They lead me on and make me think I basically got the job, asking when I can start and saying I’d receive a questionairre to also request off days. They won’t ask you formal interview questions so they almost don’t get to really know your true worth or work ethic. She hugged me at the end of the interview and I feel like it was fake and lead me on to believe I’d be hired.
