Sugar Mountain interview questions

I had a phone interview with HR director after submitting the application. A couple days later, followed by an on site interview with VP of finance. Both of interviews went well. They are very nice people. They introduced what the company's business lines are and how long the company has been in the field etc,.

Phone Screening lasted about 20-30 minutes. Contained of general questions about knowledge of company, motivation for the role, what the position is about. A few detailed questions came up regarding working manner, how I do working in a team.
