Interview process was very organized and the Talent Management team was extremely on top of everything. Received one email with my interview schedule with clear instructions. All interviewers were prepared, already reviewed my resume and had prepared questions both about my experience and other situational questions to gauge my abilities. The team's follow up after the interview was extremely fast given my situation (already had an offer in hand). They are definitely at the top of the list for GC's in the NYC area regarding their interview process.

The process was straightforward. First a call with HR/recruiter, then a virtual with a project exec, then a multi-person in person interview panel. Seems like they are more concerned with the type of person you are and if you're willing to work hard.

Very comprehensive. Met with 3 different levels of management. Got a good sense of the company and their care about building cohesive teams. Meetings were via Teams and took a half hour each. The dates and times worked around my schedule.
