It was a great experience! Started out originally applying as a teaching assistant. The recruiter emailed me and suggested I apply for the associate teacher role. I had an interview with her and then completed two questions about myself. Come in knowing Success Academy's stats and how their scholars are the top scoring in NYC. Clearly their methods to teaching work. Everyone is very friendly and I can't wait to start.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
