Success Academy Charter Schools conducted a first round interview through Zoom where the director and I had a conversation about previous positions and the current open Project Manager role - the expectations, responsibilities, and interview questions.

I didn’t get to interview but some recruiter on Indeed reached out and said I would be a good fit for a PM role. She even gave me a name to use for the referral so that they could reach out to me sooner. I applied but looked at the reviews after which already made me not want to follow thru. I received an automated email saying that they’ve moved along with another candidate. So then why ask me to apply? Such a waste but at least don’t waste my time by reaching out to me!
