send resume and cover letter. They will send an email with instructions on a video interview. then you do the video interview, it takes about 20 minutes. if chosen, they will call you for an in person interview. once chosen you are hired.

Interview
Very militant, very disengaging, they hung up the call at the start and came back after 5 minutes. They ask you a lot about your educational upbrining, your view of discipline in the classroom.
It was a group interview and had to demo. The questions were average and they were friendly. The principal was also very welcoming . Would consider applying again just in a different location closer to home
