I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Subway in Aug 2015
Interview
The Subway I applied for was pretty desperate for employees. The interviewer told me he was impressed by my resume, and I was "hired" immediately. We set a day for me to begin training, one week away.
I called the manager one day before my training was supposed to begin, and he told me he had hired someone else with "subway experience". I have a feeling if I didn't call the manager, he never would've told me this.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
