I applied online. About 2 weeks later I got a call from the owner and we had a over the phone interview (about 15 min. long) and he asked simple questions like my work availability and how I would help his business. The next day I went in for a in person interview. It lasted about 10 min. and he really didn't ask me questions he just described what I would be doing and then he said I was hired.

Question 1
If someone is in the bathroom for over 45 min. what would you do?
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
