Initial screen followed by extremely long coding challenge (15-20 hrs) to be completed in 2 days. 3 rounds of interviews after that (most technical) and to also assess cultural fit. Given verbal offer but then rejected citing "logistics" reasons. Complete waste of time, would not recommend.
