The process started with a basic aptitude test. after that, a telephonic technical interview was held and finally assessment center where different activities were conducted i.e marshmallow activity and presentation on a general topic

It was good and i learn allot from the interview and they use first assessment test and then their intial interviews and if we get through it we will reached final interview which is taken by the higher management.

Start with the short test. Then simple Pannal Interview with group of 3 people then wait 1 hour for the next interview with Vice President. HR and Head of Department were cooperative during my interview.

Assessment Centre at the main campus for 5 hrs consisting of various activities and panel interviews, presentation and group discussion followed by a brief visit of the facility. MTO program is dept specific i.e. you won't get rotations in different departments.
