Fairly Easy, did not ask many questions for too long, conducted over the phone, the interviewer was friendly and welcoming.
Mainly asked me what I was interested in writing about, why I wanted to work with them, etc.

Interview
First I sent three of my clips to the supervisor and once they were okay'd I was asked to develop three different pitches. The supervisor selected one and gave me about a week to write a 1000 word article about. After I submitted that I got the position.
