the interviews are lengthy and detailed. They are very thorough when selecting people for this position. I spoke with people at multiple levels of the company throughout my interviewing process. They like to ensure you will be a good fit at the company, not everyone is cut out to be doing this job of program.

First an information session, then if you are interested there is a phone interview with a district manager, then a final interview with the president. After this, a small waiting period to find out if the position is secured.

Sales pitch rather than an interview...not transparent, only explain the good not the bad. Would never work or refer them again. Inexperienced managers, embarrassing. I knew multiple people who had the same experience as I did. I'd say a few more summers and student painting will be shut down.
