Direct, the company does a great job connecting you with current and former employers to allow you to get a feel of the overall culture of the company. There were three different interviews, although this may have been impacted by covid-19.

3 step process over zoom, Meet with executives for a first round interview, then meet with head of company for final interview with business plan. Not intimidating as long as your follow the steps the executives put in place.

Interview
There were 2 interviews. The first was asking more behavioral questions and it was with a general manager. The second interview was with the VP of YEAA where you had to create a business plan for your business and explain the process with them, as well as call previous branch managers ahead of time before the interview and ask about their experiences.
