They take group interviews and assign group and individual tasks. It's not very difficult. You need common sense, and there's nothing related to accounting and finance. The group task is monitored by the interviewers and the individual task has to be done by the candidate him/herself. Again very easy job to get.

Scenearios based group work on advice we'd give customers
Teams call with introduction to the role followed by a group teams call exercise. Followed by prerecorded video interview questions that you recorded your response to and a compentency test in MS word.
