The process included 6 rounds of interviews with 1 round of Gallup strengths finder. The first two rounds are with the recruiter and hiring manager, following that would be the Gallup. After successfully completing the Gallup, you will be interviewed by additional leaders and subject matter experts on the team you would be joining.
