Stryker Purchasing Manager, Global Procurement Center interview questions

I was contacted by the recruiter over LinkedIn. Then, I had 3 total interviews. 1 initial phone screen, then 1 with the hiring manager, 1 Gallup interview which is a 3rd party rep. I have spend at least 4 hours for interview (not considering prep time). At the end, the company has not given me any feedback if I go further or not. I had to check regularly WD and no response from recruiter my contact over phone/email. At the end, I got too general response saying we decided not to proceed your application. No detailed feedback in the structured way. This company does not care about candidates and not professional at all. Be aware!!!
