First a screening through the agency hired by Stryker to fulfill this position, then a meeting with the sr. HR business partner, took about one hour, pleasant interview. Mainly about the job itself, asking questions about my experience so far, what I am looking for, testing if I could fit within an American company etc.
Second interview was by phone with a recruiter, also took about one hour, quite to the point questions, had to give a lot of examples, how I dealt in certain situations, what my achievements have been so far etc.
Then Gallup interview, also by phone, took me 45 minutes, I wasn't allowed to ask questions, but only answer them, I was given instructions before hand about how to answer (short, to the point, be a bit arrogant/self confident, "american style"). I passed this test as well.
Then two interviews, one with a Global HR manager and one with a business director. Both pleasant people, nice interview, more insight about the job, tasks, expectations etc.
Feedback afterwards was bad, before the final interview I was still in touch with the HR business partner but she did not reply me when I asked feedback, the agency could not reach her either, after a week (while being promised to get feedback within 2 days) I only got a message from the agency mentioning Stryker was positive but never heard from anyone from Stryker anymore, which was quite odd given the previous contact I had with them.
I had another good job offer at the same time so decided to continue with that, a shame because my first impression of Stryker was very positive but spending so much time on a candidate, investing with interviews and assessment and then not giving feedback is really a shame and you do not expect that from such a company like Stryker. Overall the application process took more then a month, which I find also quite long, also given the fact that I already informed them about me being enrolled in another application and they promised they would try and fasten the process because of that.
