I had several hours over several weeks of interviews. I got to the decision stage as the steps are laid out on the website. I was reassured at every stage that they were extremely interested. I invested over two months of time with several hours. I have sadly also been ghosted despite several follow up emails to two separate recruiters and the Hiring Manager. There also is no update in Workday despite my asking the recruiter and hiring manager if the role would be updated. It does not appear that role has been filled. The process definitely does not present the company’s best face publicly.
