I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Cary, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very long interview process, with frustrating gaps in between appointments. Minimal feedback along the way does not support or deter your concept of progression. Pretty standard questions. I think the quantity of people they are interviewing is making the loose their positivity.

Question 1
Do you believe in Luck?
Describe a time when you took on a new challenge?
Would you rather be a team player or a leader?
HR video call with general screening as well as behavioral questions. Then hiring manager, gallup assessment, and then panel interview with 4 different members of the current team at different times. So really, like 6 separate steps.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Tulla) in Aug 2025
Interview
Smooth, efficient interview process. Round 1 was a 15-20 minute phone call outlining the job listing. Round 2 was 2 members of the team you will join.
Then was not contacted for 3 weeks before getting an automated rejection email.
