I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Straight forward and to the point. The phone screening is pretty standard, mostly touching on your experience/personality and why you are qualified for the role. The following interview with the hiring manager(s) was pretty rigorous. Be prepared to answer behavioral/situational questions, and have examples to share. Also, make sure you have a thorough understanding of the role you are applying for. If you are confident and really sell yourself then you should be fine.

I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Question 1
Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
