Total waste of time,
There were 6 rounds of interviews starting from
screening, onsite technical discussion with the managers (2 rounds), BEI round , Discussion with HR and Director.
The overall process took 1.5 months and after completing all the rounds I have shared the documents for verification.
HR informed me that I will be getting offer letter in 2-3 days and not get any offer even after 1.5 months.
HR doesn't even answer your phone call.
Finally I got an update saying the opening for the current position on hold.
Lot of associates are disappointed because of unprofessional behavior of HRs.

Before interview genuinely ask if they are looking for hiring or not. After 3 round they ghosted and didn't picked up the call and even didn't replied to mail. Even interview went really well.

There are multiple rounds, including technical round, managerial round, HR round, and Gallup round for behaviour assessment. It takes upto 2 weeks to one month to get the final decision after you have completed all rounds
