Long, very detailed, out there, multiple real like scenarios, questions about competing, work ethic, drive and want to. It was a video call that lasted 1 hour. Very thorough and upfront about expectations of the job.

There was a lot of employment background and experience questions followed by critical thinking and scenario based questions. Critical thinking questions were mainly subjective and aimed to identify your work style and personality, rather than a right vs wrong answer.
