I've been through 4 job interviews (4 different jobs) with Stryker. With each, I get close, but never far enough for a face-to-face interview. The multiple step process is overkill. By the time I would have gotten to the face-to-face, I'm not sure what I could have said. They take over one month to hire, which is just so expensive and really hurts the motivation of their candidates. I got to feel like they were waisting my time and I could even sense the frustration of the recruters.
