I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Charlotte, NC) in May 2017
Interview
There were 5 interviews altogether and process took a while. First there is a recruiter call and then a shorter hiring manager interview then possibly another and then the gallup and then another interview with director and other leaders possibly. Depending on how on the fence they are with you, there may be more interviews to get more people's opinions. Close at the end of the every interview or you will not get the job
The internal recruitment team are ever professional, forthcoming and gave an opportunity to speak to an existing employee which was great. However, the actual formal between the guy and a sales woman/marketing lady that was being replaced was not a normal interview and was an extremely cold reception. Made no room for getting to know each other, seemed like quick judgements were made. Would ask what you want out of the job then say it seems like you’re only interested in what you can get out of it. Very strange, negative attitude in management.
First there will be a screen with a recruiter. Then you will be interviewed by a hiring manager. If chosen and decided to move forward you will be interviewed by a panel.
They firstly introduced the role and the responsibility associated to the role, and then asked about my background and jumped into the interview question. Overall I think the difficulty of the questions are average , they really want to test to see if you’d be a strong fit for this tough role.
