Interview
I applied for the role and within a week I was contacted by A recruiter. She then forwarded me to interview with the Hiring Manager a few days later. The interview went well, and it was 3-4 days before hearing anything back. I was then asked to meet with some of the sales team. I interviewed with them separately, at different locations. After meeting with them across a span of about two weeks, I was then called and offered the job officially by the same recruiter I first interviewed with. Overall a nerve wrecking yet positive experience. Staying positive and remaining optimistic throughout the process was key.

3-4 rounds - First interview with the recruiter, second interview with supervisor/team leads, 3/4 interview with a panel of people. Expect situational questions and answer with the STAR method. Everyone is super nice!

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.
