I think the issue with most interview processes is that it seems automated or takes forever just to hear a response. This is NOT the case at Stryde Management, you are contacted by friendly & professional REAL recruiters. The initial phone screening is pretty average but followed by in-depth interviews from the management team. I accepted the offer and enjoyed the entire process.

Interview
It was easy in person and everyone was welcoming. The interview process when fast from the normal, but for some people like me is what I preferred. All the interviews give you enough information about what the role is and what it is expected. It seems that they’ll need enthusiasm and a lot of desire to grow in the company
Throughout the two rounds of the interview process with Stryde Management each of the two interviews that took place made me feel comfortable in asking questions and discussing the position that I am interviewing for the company in fluid conversation. I was able to make a connection with each member of your team and it made me feel like I was open to be myself, which made the interview comfortable.
