Large and casual yet it was pretty structured and you were able to talk to many people in different departments. It was useful for meeting people who work at the company and see their experiences.

Straight forward. Mostly to see how you handle talking to people not testing knowledge. Be confident and normal not uptight and nervous and you will do fine during the process.
