My interviews were great in number, but not substantive. Two members of the interview panel asked the exact same slate of questions. One member of the panel badmouthed a former company. Also, as another candidate noted, the lack of diversity on the panel was telling. I met with no BIPoC employees throughout the process. I think Stripe is in a mode of trying to define itself.
