Position: Operations Associate, GTM Length of the process: 46 days. The process is divided into five main steps: 1. **Recruiter call** A 20-minute call where they ask you about your experience, skills, and interests. 2. **Assignment** They ask you to solve two simulated client cases. Using Stripe documentation and resources, you must provide accurate answers with the right tone and strong writing skills. 3. **Hiring manager interview** A 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Questions asked: * Tell me about a difficult interaction with a client. * Tell me about a time you made a mistake at work. * Tell me about a time you had to adapt to a big change in your work environment. * Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder. * Tell me about a time you used a tool or improved a process. * Tell me about a time you led a project or took ownership of an initiative. * Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a client. * Tell me about a time you learned something technical and applied it in practice. 4. **Technical interview** Four cases to solve during a one-hour call with an associate. It is not difficult, but it can be stressful. They provide the links and materials you need to solve the cases.
