Strengthscope Account Manager interview questions

Really great 4 stage interview process. The process really felt centred around understanding who I am as a person, what I could offer and what I need/want out of a role. Detailed feedback at each stage. The process moved at pace which was great too! Stage 1: Telephone screening with recruitment Stage 2: Video call 1-hour interview with recruitment and hiring manager. Stage 3: Video call 2-hour interview with hiring manager and head of function.
