The interview process took place over a couple of day. I met with multiple people on the team. Interviews felt more like conversations, great people! Very obvious culture is important.

Question 1
Tell us more about your background. What do you think this role will entail?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Streetbees (Old Street, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
It’s pretty apparent that the company has invested a lot of resources into their infrastructure. I was contacted by a member of the internal recruitment team and had a phone call to verify myself - they then asked me to come in for a F2F in the next few days.
After the initial interview, the recruiter (Jeena) then spoke with me again a few days later and asked for me to come in again to speak this time with the head of sales, and one of the co-founders.
Throughout this interview, Ferry and Oli were very charming, professional and engaging, giving me plenty of reason to get excited about working there.
Following that, I then stepped into a video call with more members of the People team to double check my availability for the role and ask a few final questions - and was then contacted the next day informing me of their decision.
The whole process was managed very professionally, done in a short space of time with a clear compartmentalisation of my points of contact and someone always on hand to answer questions.
