I applied for the role and was sent a pair of assessments, one to determine what I was like as a person, and an abstract thinking test, which was just putting shapes in boxes.
Is putting shapes in boxes something you have to do as part of the customer service role at Wagestream?
You shouldn’t have to jump through pathetic hoops and be made to feel like a numpty to apply for a job in customer service. I could do this job with my eyes closed and yet because they didn’t like how I put shapes in boxes I’m not qualified. Your loss, Wagestream.
