      Payroll Coordinator Interview

      I interviewed at Stratus.HR

      Interview

Simple. Started with phone screening, then they had me come in for two separate in-person interviews with executives. Questions were mostly behavior-based. Everyone that I encountered was incredibly friendly. However, they were looking for someone to stay in this specific role/department for a prolonged period of time which made me a poor fit for the position as I was mainly trying to get my foot in the door and potentially switch teams quickly.
