I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stratstone (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
After having a consultation with Reed, they recommended I walk over to the dealership straight away and hand in my CV FAO [the decision-maker] manager. A few days later I received a call asking for an interview. I found out I was successful at the interview and agreed on start date / time.

Question 1
It's hard to remember exactly as it was March 2015, but I remember being surprised that not many questions were asked. The manager was mainly describing the role during the interview and he occasionally asked about my competency, but no standard difficult interview questions.
Replied very quickly to my application and confirmed an interview the following week. I attended promptly and was booked to see the sales manager. Interview went well and I was sold all the benefits of the company and their values. Was informed they would be in touch shortly. 4 weeks gone by and no response.
interview was quiet straightforward and interesting. Not too robot like. Took a few rounds for the interview to be complete. Each rounds took about 1 hour and they book the next round relatively quickly. You needs to chase for feedback.

Question 1
How you manage the relation between the team member?
Good experience during interviews. Prompt invitation to second interview. No communication following second interview. Took over a month to receive a generic email saying the position has been filled. Not very professional.
