I had an initial call with an internal recruiter and then an interview with myself and several people from the company. This interview was by far the strangest interview i've ever been in, leaving me uneasy about this job and company. The CMO criticized me for having several jobs the past few years but gave me no time to explain that I was a recent college grad and had only one full time job that I realized wasn't right for me. All the rest were internships and summer jobs... so right off the bat that was strange. The rest of the interview was even more bizarre. I hardly was given a chance to speak as the CMO spent the next 30 minutes talking with his other 3 female colleagues about how much they liked each other, enjoyed working with each other, loved the trips they take together, and how he cant wait to visit everyones personal homes. this wouldn't be as weird if it wasn't in such a flirty and sexual manner, several times I felt like I was on a reality tv show. All in all, they asked me about 3 questions and the interview took an hour. weird stuff...
