Initial phone interview included personal "fun" questions and a few scale-from-1-to-10 skills questions. On-site interview included behavioral questions from a few engineers, a tour of the company. They repeatedly tell you how you're a good fit. Then came the pitch. That's right, a pitch. The CEO closes the door to the conference room and pitches their "payment" strategy. You are NOT an employee OR a contractor. You are required to create your own LLC and bill the company for your time, but there IS NO CONTRACT. This is their way of skirting around taxes and benefits. They tell you you'll be an "entrepreneur," but I'm not sure they know what that means.
