Collaborative experience discussing background as training and higher education faculty. They use a proprietary coaching method so interview really explored where I wanted to grow, where my strengths arise and how I could bring value to the team.
They require immersion into a course typically with several other candidates and clients. This was interesting to experience the process as a candidate and client versus traditional buns and seat learning. I also liked that I wasn't asked to provide training pitch which always feels like I'm asked to work without pay to convince an employer I can do a job I've conducted for many years. This approach seemed more geared toward learning their content, living their content, but stretching my goals and understanding of my motivation - making me a believer in their content and not just a contractor. Also given tuition is north of 1$ I felt I was paid for my time which is so rare when many companies expect several hours of interviews, time researching, and time preparing... without consideration that's just to get a job.
