Interview
In that time it was a process pretty opened in terms of aligning that I was looking for and looking for matches within the company. We were opening the company so a we had a heavy amount of uncertainty that led us to open a permanent communication channel later on. They were also very interested in the things I do besides working, in order to have a complete picture of my fitness for what SIS was looking for. I really enjoyed a lot.

3 of the 5 interviews i had with them were via Skype and it wasn´t a good experience. One of the Managers that interviewed me was very angry with the company and told me that he was counting the days to leave. He expressed very badly about the Country Manager
