I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at StraNexus, Inc. (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
The application process consisted of 4 steps
1. Written application, case response, and pitch - Submitted resume, cover letter, transcripts. Responded to questions related to preferred working environment and answered case question related to the role. Created PowerPoint presentation in response to one of several pitch prompts.
2. Phone interview with middle manager - Fairly routine phone interview with typical questions and more specific question related to education and the role. Lasted approximately 30 minutes
3. In-person testing - IQ and personality type testing, case questions, and presentation. Lasted approximately 1.5 hours.
4. Phone interview with partner - More questions related to education, the role, what the company's principles mean, etc. Lasted approximately 1 hour.

Interview
The interview process was very lengthy -- it took approximately 2.5 months from sending my initial application. There is a brief phone interview designed to weed out the weakest candidates, then an in-person interview which consists of a 2-on-1 panel type questions then a series of various skill tests. Beyond this point there is either another round of interviews or a meeting with an executive partner at the firm; depending on your qualifications.
To clarify, the company is actually 10 core employees. The interviewers and the application package provided an unrealistic valuation of the company. They have exhibited very little growth in 8 years, and their inefficient recruiting process shows a poor allocation of resources. I would only recommend this position for people graduating from universities at non-target schools (e.g. Ryerson) that want to get into Management Consulting but would have no chance at the big four.

Interview
The interview process was extremely intense and included a skills test (had to build a bridge from paper), a math test (no calculator allowed), and a personality/iq test (designed to weed out people who can't work well under pressure). Also, the interview process consisted of an initial phone interview, and two in-person interviews.
