Pretty average - one interview with HR and one with the manager. Come prepared knowing about StoryCorps’ programs, your short term and long term goals and interests, and you should be ok.

1) Describe a challenge (professional or outside of work) and how you adressed or overcame that challenge. 2) How do you work with people who are different from you? 3) what is a strength you have? 4) what are you hoping to learn in this position?
First, an HR screening.
Then, a meeting with 2 members of the team. In this meeting, information was shared about the role.
Then, a meeting with 2 other individuals.
All were Zoom interviews.
There was no follow-up or contact after these interviews, although I was told there would be.

I was invited for an interview with HR, it was an hour long and pretty in-depth. There were a lot of questions that asked me to come up with examples of situations I handled in the past.
