Informal chat arranged through a recruiter and done via video call with CTO, and then another informal chat a couple of days later with the Frontend Team Lead which culminated in a job offer 24hrs later. On both occasions we just chatted through my experience so far and areas I felt I would like more support and experience in, at no stage did I feel like I was being assessed and chat never got overly technical. Such a positive experience!

Very relaxed and straightforward. Just talked over your experiences. No technical test which is great as it doesn't take your personal time. The interview has two stages, both informal and just talked about what you do.
