Three rounds of interviews in which I did my very best but ended in a prayer which informed me I would not get the position. To be informed in this manner for an opportunity I prayed on wholeheartedly left me in tears. As I respect their mission that prayer was a lethal way to turn down a fellow Christian.

Interview
First a phone call, and then another and another. Many different people called to ask questions and many people on call at one time. MONTHS later I had a phone call back and set up a personal interview. It was very informal.
