Stockport College interview questions

First part of the interview was a microteach with the head of department and other senior lecturer was starightforward and i was allowed to explain my whole lesson plan. We then moved to questions just standard like safeguarding etc We then had a discussion comparing my current college to theirs and I honest to god felt so refreshed they were down to earth and told me how it was there.

Questions and answers I was asked a variety of questions over about a twenty minute period which I answered skilfully and honestly. Shame they did not treat me the same way.
