This interview process went well, was simply but a bit lengthy. Essentially they want to see if you are a threat to children/parents etc. You do a Criminal Background and another test to check your mental stability. Medical after you get hired.

They asked about my driving experience .and if anyexperience with kids. They asked how I would react to discipline issues on the bus. I was asked how I Would respond to severe medical issues on the bus.
